Parents, guardians, and caregivers starting Wednesday, February 8, 2022, NLRMS 7/8 Campus will start having R.E.S.T Wednesdays in all core classrooms as a tool to reteach, enrich, support, and track student growth. This is not a time for students to take a rest in the classroom. R.E.S.T is to give that extra layer of support to all our students. Please encourage your students to utilize their time wisely during R.E.S.T days. #wedoexcellence

ID Badges - For safety and security reasons, students must wear ID badges. The cost to replace an ID is $5.

#futurereadyFridays - We invite all students and parents to join our staff in exposing students to their post-high school options by wearing a college or trade school t-shirt each Friday.

#schoolspiritThursdays -
We invite all students and parents to join our staff in showing school spirit by wearing NLR gear each Thursday.

Car Line Reminders - In the morning, please drop off your student anywhere between the crosswalk and the point at which our car line becomes one lane. In the afternoon, please pull as far forward as possible before stopping to allow your student to load your vehicle.

Attendance - We are challenging our students to be at school every day for this 2nd semester. Each month we will have “Music on the Courtyard” to celebrate students who miss no more than 2 days in the month.

Students should be following the school district dress code policy. Hats, hoods, and pajamas are not allowed to be worn. Parents, please help us by addressing this with your child.
