Virtual Picture Day is Monday, October 26th. NLRMS encourages all virtual students to have their fall/yearbook pictures taken. Virtual students will need to come directly to the lobby of the large auditorium between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. Virtual students will be screened before entering the building and must wear a mask at all times unless they are being photographed. Transportation will not be provided. Make up pictures will also be conducted on Monday, October 26th. Students will be called out by last name and grade during the day over the intercom.

Special Message for ALL NLRSD Parents and Guardians: Friday October 23rd- December 18th Face to Face students will have the option to attend on campus or virtually EVERY FRIDAY. We have been approved to have Virtual Learning Fridays! This will begin on 10/23. In summary, attending school on Fridays is optional. Students enrolled in face-to-face instruction will have the option of completing assignments either in person or at home. Virtual students will complete assignments as normal. These assignments will be completed asynchronously, which means there will be no live instruction. No new material will be introduced. Attendance will still be taken. Good evening parents, guardians, and students. This message is to remind all of our virtual students  the following virtual expectations: 1. All students have 7 virtual classes and must attend all  7of their virtual classes daily. NO student has fewer than 7 classes 2. Students must log in to each class using their first and last names. Teachers will not accept students that use nicknames to try an enter. 3. Students must have their computer camera turned on at all times so the student's face can be seen for the entire class period. Failure to turn on your camera will result in the student being marked absent for that class period.

Good evening NLRMS 7/8 parents and guardians. We are off to a great start for the 2020-2021 school year. The attendance office wants to remind parents that all doctor's notes or parent notes must be turned into the front office or emailed to prospert@nlrsd.org within 5 days of the absences in order for it to be marked excused.
