8th Grade Promotion Ceremony
On Campus, students must ride the school bus to attend.
Dress code expectations will be enforced.
Participants will not be allowed to leave the promotion ceremony and will have to be checked out by their parent/ guardian listed in eschool.
Flowers, Balloons, candy, and noisemakers will NOT be allowed in the building and will need to be left in the car.

NLRMS Administration team has decided to roll with the original plans for Cat Fest tomorrow! Students will report to their fourth-period class first thing in the morning and will remain with 4th period all day.
The NLRMS Staff will be monitoring the weather throughout the day and will make adjustments as necessary to ensure the safety of our students and staff.

If your student has medication at school, please pick it up before or on the last day of school (May 30). The school shall not keep outdated medications or any medications past the end of the school year. If your student will be attending summer school, please speak with your school's building nurse to make arrangements.
ALL medications not picked up by dismissal on the last day of school will be destroyed or discarded, per district procedures.
This month's recipient of the Great Rising Adult-Youth Mentor Award is Reynardo Marks of the NLR Chamber of Commerce. While he went to the 7th & 8th Grade Campus for his job to speak with students, he has developed an interest in mentoring the students at the school.
