To avoid extending the school year, the North Little Rock School District has elected to implement the following two changes, beginning Monday, March 3, 2025:
--Suspend early dismissals on Wednesdays for the remainder of the school year
--Add ten (10) minutes to the school day for the remainder of the school year
The last day of school will be Friday, May 30, 2025.
Reminder for rising 9th Grade Students and Parents
This is a final reminder of the rising 9th-grade parent informational, which will be held tonight, February 25th at 5:30 pm in the NLRHS Cafeteria.

Many secondary streets remain covered in snow and ice, making travel dangerous.

The NLRMS 7th and 8th Grade Campus' Quiz Bowl team placed 4th this weekend at the Regional Quiz Bowl tournament in Bryant. Their only losses came against ninth grade teams.
This was the team's first regional appearance in years.
Eighth grader Cooper Wooldridge made the All-star Regional team as the third highest scorer in the entire tournament.
