Space STEM Day at Innovation Hub! EVENT DETAILS Date: Friday, July 26 Location: The Innovation Hub, 204 E 4th St, North Little Rock, AR 72114 ACTIVITIES Students will dive into space science with workshops on: The 4 States of Matter Rockets and Rocketry Particle Detection in Space And more! WORKSHOP SCHEDULE 1st to 6th Graders: 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM 7th to 12th Graders: 2:45 PM – 4:00 PM All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the activities. Do you need help registering your student for the 2024-2025 school year? We can help you! Once again, we will be having a Registration Fair on July 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. School and district staff will be there to assist. Food will be provided! Spread the word!

If your student has medication at school, please pick it up before or on the last day of school (May 30). The school shall not keep outdated medications or any medications past the end of the school year. If your student will be attending summer school, please speak with your school's building nurse to make arrangements. ALL medications not picked up by dismissal on the last day of school will be destroyed or discarded, per district procedures.

Easter Egg Hunt! Grades K-3 IHE scholars will participate in an Easter egg hunt on Friday, March 29th. To help make this successful, we ask each scholar to bring 20 plastic eggs and a bag of candy. The eggs can be sent empty or already filled. If you choose to send filled eggs, we ask that you send none with chocolate, peanuts, or peanut butter. Please send the eggs by Thursday, March 28th. Your child may bring an Easter basket, bucket, or bag for the hunt. Thank you

Hello, Indian Hills family! Get ready to light up the night at our Spring Formal: Neon Party Edition, on March 8th from 5:30-7:30 pm! Dress in your semi-formal attire and join us for a glow-tastic evening. From neon lights to glow sticks, this party will be an electrifying experience like no other. Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door. Sales begin February 26th.

NLRSD will host parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, February 8, 2024, 12:00-6:00pm. Please select the time most convenient for you. Conferences will be virtual or face-to-face. All schools and Central Office sites will be open tomorrow, January 23, 2024, and will operate on normal schedules. We look forward to welcoming all of our students tomorrow morning!

UPDATE: Due to the predicted forecast of icy conditions, all schools in the NLRSD will be closed on Monday, January 22, 2024. Central Office employees will report to their work sites at 11:00 a.m.

Due to the inclement weather, all schools and Central Office sites will be closed on 1/19. All after-school activities, athletic events, and practices for 1/19 will be canceled. To assist our Maintenance Department with clearing campuses of snow and ice, we have called on a snow removal company for help.
