We have some amazing, talented young ladies who wowed us all in this pageant. Miss Blue Royalty, which is First Runner-Up, is Ciriah Dunn. Miss Congeniality, voted upon by the contestants themselves, is Nia Stewart. Hats off to these beautiful young ladies on such a spectacular night, and special thanks to the organizers and sponsors for helping this come to reality!
