Saturday morning, August 4 from 10:00 a.m. - 1p.m. The Book Express will be at Greek 4 Life celebrating Tax Free Weekend. The bus will be parked at the end of the old Toys R Us building.
You will have the opportunity to visit the bus, register your student for school, receive school supplies from the NLR NAACP Chapter, complete forms for Free & Reduced Lunch and ask any questions about school you may have.

7/8th grade tryouts for girls basketball will be Monday August 20th in the upper gym at the middle school from 3:45-5:00. Must have a current physical and consent form to tryout.

The United Way Back to School Blitz is tomorrow. Craig O’Neal is going to be live Friday, August 3 during the 5-6 p.m. news hour at the McCain Walmart. Stop by and be a part of the celebration of supplies collected from the NLR Community to support our students.

LWE will have its Launch Night & Open House on August 9. Launch activities will be outside from 5:00-5:30. The school will open the doors at 5:30 for open house. Students are welcome to bring their supplies that night to be ready for Monday morning.

Wednesday, June 6 at 11:00 a.m., the NLRSD along with United Health will hold a dedication ceremony to celebrate the implementation of the North Little Rock Academy Community Garden and United Health's generous donation.
Invited guests include State Legislators, United Health officials, Dreambuilder staff, and former Razorback Quarterback Clint Stoerner, who will address the attendees.
