Following the 2022 spring Advanced Placement (AP) exams, forty-four students from North Little Rock High School and the Center of Excellence have been identified as an AP Scholar. This outstanding honor indicates that these students score a 3 or above on 3 or more AP Exams.
AP Exams are standardized tests designed to measure how well students have mastered the content and skills of a specific AP course, which consist of college-level work while students are still in high school. Success on AP exams allows students to earn college credit and placement. Students taking AP classes may earn 5 quality points for an A instead of 4 points by taking the AP Exam. Students must take the AP Exam in the class content area to get the weighted grade.
Students are scored on a 1-5 scale.
