What a great time we had last week for our elementary and sixth grade basketball teams!
This schedule includes information on Saturday's games. All games will take place at the middle school gym. Cash is the only form of payment for admission and for concession.

Congratulations to Erika Rainey, 3rd grade teacher. She was honored by the NLR Kiwanis Club. She is dedicated to student success as well as helping foster and cultivate community partnerships. Thanks Ms. Rainey for all you do for the students. We appreciate the Kiwanis Club honoring her and treating her to lunch.

This Month is Parent Engagement Month. It is a time to celebrate and acknowledge the important role of families in the education and well-being of your children throughout the year. A time to reflect upon the shared responsibilities of families, educators and community stakeholders to work together on behalf of children. A community, believing that together we are better, planting seeds and S.E.A. us GROW. We appreciate you as parents for allowing us to educate your students. Thank you for our wonderful partnership!

Youth basketball is back!

It's Fit 2 Live, also known as Red Ribbon Week, here at Glenview! There is power in standing up for what is right. There is strength in being vocal for advocating, educating, and showing strength. Let's have fun while we spread the knowledge and importance of bullying prevention and being DRUG FREE!

Glenview Parent Teacher Conferences are underway!
Reminder that there is no school tomorrow, Fri Oct 20th. Enjoy the long weekend!


Reminder: NO early dismissal tomorrow, October 18, since there will be NO classes on Thursday and Friday. However, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be Thursday from noon to 6:00 p.m.
Early dismissal on Wednesdays only occurs when classes are in session a full week.


The NLRSD will hold a community forum tonight at 6:00 p.m. at Lakewood Elementary School to share capital improvement plans, which include the construction of a new middle school and renovations to Ole Main. Please come and hear about the plans and to make suggestions.

This message is to inform you that power is out at Seventh Street and the Administrative Annex. In addition, internet and phone lines are down across the district. We are working with NLR Electric to restore power. We will provide another update as it becomes available.
