Dear Crestwood Family,
It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing that I will be leaving Crestwood. I have accepted a position at the District Office and will be working with all the elementary schools in the district. This was a very difficult decision and I will miss my Crestwood family so much. The last ten years have been so rewarding and I have had the amazing opportunity to work with so many great students, staff, and families. I have enjoyed every minute. From getting dunked in the dunk tank to getting a pie in the face, this is an experience that I will never forget. Crestwood will always hold a very special place in my heart. I am not going far and will still have a very close connection with everyone at Crestwood. I am so proud of what we have accomplished and I know Crestwood will continue to grow and improve in all areas. Crestwood is a very special place, like no other!
First, I want to thank my amazing staff who have been the backbone of all we have achieved. This group of teachers are the most devoted, hardworking staff I have ever had the pleasure of working alongside. I consider them my colleagues and friends.
Secondly, a big “thank you” to our amazing families and fantastic PTA. Without them, we would not have achieved all that we have. The support of families and PTA has been overwhelming.
Finally, I want to tell the students that they are truly fantastic. Without them, our jobs have no value. Students, continue to work hard and love one another. Celebrate your differences and value your friendships.
I am leaving you all in great hands. Mr. Brent Miller will be an amazing addition to the family. He will bring new and exciting initiatives to the school. I know you will welcome him and help him learn “The Crestwood Way.”
I love you all and will stay in touch!
God Bless you all!
