Congratulations to Marcus Haynes on being named Pulaski County Farm Bureau Player of the Week! In the game against LR Central, Haynes had 6 solo tackles, 4 assists, 5 tackles for losses, and 2 QB pressures. Way to go, Marcus, and let's go, Charging Wildcats!

Congratulations to Jontavious "JT" James on being named Pulaski County Farm Bureau Player of the Week! James, a senior, graded out at 82% in last week's matchup. He had 12 touches for 120 yards, and he scored a touchdown. The Charging Wildcats will travel to Little Rock Christian on Friday. Way to go, JT, and let's go, Charging Wildcats!

Volleyball games against Mount St. Mary will start at 4:00 p.m. with an 8th Grade game, followed by a second 8th Grade game. Ninth graders will play last. These games will be in the NLRHS Auxiliary Gym.

Congratulations to Tony Wilkins III on being named Pulaski County Farm Bureau Player of the Week! Wilkins, a senior wide receiver, had five touches for 125 yards in last week's contest. On Friday, which is HOMECOMING, we will on the Little Rock Southwest Gryphons! Come early to watch the presentation of the homecoming maids and to hear the announcement of the 2024 Homecoming Queen! Congratulations to the NLR Charging Wildcat Band on earning second place among Class 7A bands at the Legacy of Bryant Marching Band Invitational! The band scored in the top 10 of all bands that competed in the finals. We're so proud of these talented students!

Congratulations to Herbert Montgomery on being named Pulaski County Farm Bureau Player of the Week! Montgomery, a senior offensive lineman, has played every position on the line this season. In the last game, he graded out at 77%. The Charging Wildcats will travel to Conway Friday to take on the Wampus Cats. Way to go, Herbert, and let's go, Charging Wildcats!

Congratulations to Destin Nicholson on being named Farm Bureau Player of the Week! In last week's matchup, Destin had three tackles, one big play, a pass break up, a forced fumble, and he recovered a fumbled for an 82 yard touchdown! He graded out at 98%. The Charging Wildcats will host the Pulaski Academy Bruins on Friday. Way to go, Destin, and let's go, Charging Wildcats!

Congratulations to Demarcus "D Mo" Williams on being named Player of the Week by Pulaski County Farm Bureau. The linebacker graded out at 81%. In addition, he had seven tackles, three assists, three tackles for losses, one sack, and three exceptional plays in last week's matchup against Benton. On Friday, the Charging Wildcats will head to War Memorial to take on the Catholic Rockets. Congratulations, "D Mo," and let's go, Charging Wildcats!

Today's tennis match against Pulaski Academy has been postponed. The makeup will take place Monday at 3:30 p.m. at Burns Park.

Congratulations to Dayvian Withers for being named Pulaski County Farm Bureau Player of the Week! In last week's home opener, Withers had two interceptions with 25 yards in returns, two pass break ups, three tackles, and two assist tackles. The Charging Wildcats have a bye week Friday but will be back in action against the Benton Panthers. Way to go, Dayvian, and let's go, Charging Wildcats!

We are so ready for tonight -- the first home football game of the 2024 season! As you make your way to Charging Wildcat Stadium, please remember the following guidelines to ensure the safety and security of all spectators: We will enforce a clear bag policy. --Clear totes must be no larger than 12 inch by 6 inch by 12 inch. --Clutch purse, with or without a strap, must not exceed 4.5 inch by 6.5 inch. --Plastic storage bags must be no larger than 1 gallon. Our weapons detection system and security wands will be used at all entrances. This means all weapons are prohibited. We recommend arriving early to avoid congestion at the gate. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Please have your ticket ready for display to help the entry process move faster. Remember that tickets can only be purchased online. No hoodies or ski masks will be permitted. Go, Cats!

Do you need help registering your student for the 2024-2025 school year? We can help you! Once again, we will be having a Registration Fair on July 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. School and district staff will be there to assist. Food will be provided! Spread the word!

If your student has medication at school, please pick it up before or on the last day of school (May 30). The school shall not keep outdated medications or any medications past the end of the school year. If your student will be attending summer school, please speak with your school's building nurse to make arrangements. ALL medications not picked up by dismissal on the last day of school will be destroyed or discarded, per district procedures.
