Natural State Laboratories will be giving the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on September 15, 2021, for those who received the first dose on August 13, August 18, and August 20. Please click on this link to get the consent forms, which must be filled out and signed for students' pass out of class. Students must also bring their vaccination card with them.
