Lakewood Kindergarten students enjoyed their study of owls.   The two week study included a visit of owls from the zoo and the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission who shared information about burrowing owls.  Students were real life scientist by dissecting owl pellets to find out what types of prey different owls ate.
