Sgt. Chauncey Sims, Chief Hayward Finks, and Mr. Vincent Eubanks were recognized at tonight's Regular Board Meeting. These three men led safety presentations for leaders to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
Dr. Pilewski has been visiting each campus to meet with staff members. While at the 7th & 8th Grade Campus, he presented flowers to Mrs. Capri Salaam, our Teacher of the Year, to celebrate her selection as one of the top four semi-finalists for State Teacher of the Year.

Simmons Bank Arena has indicated to us that they will no longer host graduation ceremonies at their facility.
As a result, school and district leaders have worked together to find a new location to celebrate the Class of 2023.
Graduation will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023, at the Jack Stephens Center, located on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The time will be communicated at a later date.
We wanted to share this information well in advance so that our seniors and families can prepare for this big day.
