Each year, dyslexia advocates choose a day to wear red to bring awareness to dyslexia. The color red is often used in education to highlight mistakes. Dyslexia advocates have taken back the shame that so many dyslexic learners feel. Join us on October 14 by wearing red!

Cenergistic recognized the COE, Glenview, Sixth Grade Campus, and NLRHS for consuming the least amount of energy over a four year period! The NLRSD began the partnership with Cenergistic in 2018. Reading should be fun for everyone, especially our students with characteristics of dyslexia. Reading aloud to children has been shown to improve reading, writing and communication skills, logical thinking and concentration.
