The Communications Office is committed to providing effective communications to students, staff, families, and the community. This office takes pride in supporting students and staff by highlighting successes from across the district across its social media channels -- Facebook, Instagram (@nlrsd), nlrsd.org (the website), Twitter, and Vimeo --and also through local media. Each school has a Facebook page. Give them a follow as well!

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
The Communications Department understands that communicating with families and the community is important. We have various communication channels so that our stakeholders can stay abreast of district happenings and information. We urge our stakeholders to check one or more of our channels. In case of emergency, weather notifications and important announcements, we use many communication methods to keep you informed.
Below is a chart that contains official communication channels of the North Little Rock School District.

District App | The district mobile app combines content from all of our communication channels to provide a one-stop-shop for information. Top 5/ Board Brief | The Superintendent’s “Top 5 Things You Should Know” is distributed each week and provides quick news announcements. “Board Brief” contains highlights from each board meeting. | Make sure your contact information stays current.
